This is a great cereal to use for babies starting on solids, it tastes so much better then the other stuff on the market. I mix it with mashed bananas formula or breastmilk ans a touch of avocado to get some good fats in.
My only complain with this product is that I purchased it through Amazon (at a great price) and the packaging on the cereal was ripped open on 2 of the packages. I kept it to use for myself and will not be using it for the baby....
