This is a delicious cereal and it is so nutritious! I've tried a few of them on my son and he seems to love this one the best. Its a bit sweeter but has no added sugar, the flavor and smell is from the vanilla extract they add to the cereal. It is absolutely yummy try some for yourself with some warm milk and mushed bananas, delicious on a cold rainy day!
