When you order the case of 24, it is packed in 3 boxes of 8 glass bottles. It is VERY packed in there for safe delivery so don't expect to get your product and feed your baby right away - it will take a while to get the product unpacked! That being said, there wasn't a broken bottle so the heavy packing is a great thing.
